In the city of Philadelphia, on March 2nd 2024, Hillary and Liam tied the knot in an enchanting wedding ceremony. The W hotel witnessed this beautiful tapestry woven with threads of diverse cultures that symbolize the union of two souls coming together in love.
Morning Shenanigans
With an early morning start to makeup, at the bridal suite in W hotel, the bride Hillary got ready for her monumental wedding. The bridal suite embodied joy, joy, excitement, and laughter. Hillary looked beautiful in her red bejeweled lehenga, a classic and modern look striking against her glowing face. Candid-ready pictures of Hillary were captured to encapsulate the vision of beauty she was. Champagne toasts, stories by bridesmaids, the bridal suite was a room of lively chatter and music.
Across the room, the groom Liam was getting ready in his bright sandal sherwani suit. With an ascent color of red shawl that united his costume with that of Hillary, he was looking handsome and elegant. The groomsmen were getting him ready accompanied by lively banter, laughs, and music. The excitement in his face is barely contained.
On the 49th floor of the W hotel, Hillary and Liam came together for the pre-wedding shoot, both looking like a dream. The love they shared for each other and the anticipation, joy, and excitement of the upcoming wedding were reflected in their eyes when they got the first look. Baraat
The sound of dhol reverberates the entire atmosphere filling it with the perfect festive mood. With a moving DJ mobile van, the excitement of the baraat has just begun. Liam wanting to play the dhol puts up a spectacular performance that the entire party people enjoy and dance. Dancing to the tunes with the perfect percussion, they reach the lobby where the bride’s family welcomes the groom. With a traditional pooja for the groom being done, the guests enter and take their respective seats.
The Wedding Ceremony
With the wedding ceremony being right at the order, the groomsmen enter the ceremony hall dancing to the tunes of “Rewrite the Stars”. Rachel, Liam’s sister enters shortly and paves the way for Liam’s entrance. Holding hands of his mother and Hillary’s mother, followed by the fathers of the bride and groom, he enters the ceremony hall to the tunes of “Lifetime”. The guests and Liam’s comrades looked with their faces lighted up with immense joy.
Entering the mandap, Liam is prepared for the traditional groom’s ceremony. Walking to the tunes of “Diamonds”, along with ring bearers Amee and Devin, comes the party of bridesmaids all beautifully decked in light blue gowns. Soon after their arrival, the best men – Tyler and Jake hold the cloth up in front of Liam, before the arrival of his lovely bride, Hillary. At the end of the mandap stood Hillary, a vision in red, holding on to her siblings – Nancy and Mars. She walks towards the mandap with Benson Boone’s “Beautiful Things” music in the background. Halfway through the walk, her siblings split away and she walked towards the mandap as a vision of grace and elegance.
Liam at the mandap with his eyes filled with love and admiration for her is eager to marry the love of his life. The Varmala ceremony takes place as the bride and groom place the garlands onto each other. The traditional custom of “Pheras” starts with the couple walking around the Agni (fire). This symbolizes the concept of “Saptapadi”, the seven promises they make to each other. They are tied together with chunnis, and dupattas to reflect at the union of the two souls.
The tradition of Akhand Saubhagyavati is also performed with the blessings of a married woman being whispered into Hillary’s ears. Their union was blessed with holy matrimony and cultural rituals. With the music of “What a time to be alive”. The bride and groom walk out of the mandap as the guests throw petals at them as a symbol of their blessings and happiness. Guests got to enjoy the wide assortment of delicious lunches that were arranged on the 2nd and 4th floors.
Vidaai
Traditional song played by the DJ fills the environment, indicating the Vidaai of the bride. With the perfect ceremony and song, the bride bids farewell in the car.
Reception
The newlyweds got ready for a flamboyant and fun wedding reception late evening. The couple was then seen clicking photos of their pre-reception. The lovely couple captured their love for each other in various locations like Broad Street, City Hall, Fashion Street, and ballroom. The joy in their minds knew no bounds.
In the ballroom, the bridal party, family, and friends were all photographed enjoying the party and the celebration of love. With the cocktail lounge music, every guest danced, ate, and enjoyed the evening. The open dance floor and music by DJ helped everybody ease up and dance the night away. Dancing to the tunes of “A Beautiful Dream” the couple had their first dance. It was beautiful, graceful, and lovely to watch the couple sway hand in hand. They later joined the dance floor and danced emphatically.
The evening ended with the guests enjoying and relishing the wide spread of cocktail foods and dinner options. Sumptuously, the enchanting wedding day of Hillary and Liam came to an end with the tune of “Give me everything”.
